SBS was chosen an accounting software FrontRunner for the fourth time this fall so we wanted to take a deeper dive into that recognition.
Because the rating is based on user reviews we pay close attention to how we stack up against other software vendors such as Sage Intacct and Workday Financial Management.
Many of our customers are long-time users of SBS Financials and value the personalized support that we provide. That may be one reason the FrontRunner grid displays SBS at the top of the Customer Satisfaction axis.
SBS also placed among the top three vendors in Usability. We believe a major factor in that placement is using customer feedback to drive our software development. During the past year we have expanded the functionality of our Accounts Receivable and Expense Management modules and implemented numerous enhancements in General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
