On-Premises: We license our software to run on your server. Your IT staff configures and maintains the server. They are responsible for your access to our applications. Software licenses are purchased up front and a maintenance fee is paid annually.
Cloud: Our software runs in the cloud. We host, maintain and run our applications in the secure private cloud at Rackspace. Our team monitors security and performance and supports your access to the applications. Licensing is by monthly subscription.
