What is your approach to the implementation process?
We believe that implementation is the first step in a long-term business relationship. We offer it for a low, fixed fee. The implementation package includes everything necessary to go live including initial training, standard data conversion package, and support. Services are provided directly by our in-house teams. Each implementation team includes a senior project manager, support specialists, and IT experts who have first-hand knowledge of the SBS system.
