Financial Report Packages Automate the Creation and Email Distribution Process
The financial packages feature in our software lets you efficiently assemble multiple financial reports in a single document. Reports can be saved in either PDF or Excel® then distributed automatically by email.
For example, if you need to generate reports for your monthly forecasting meeting, you could create a package called Monthly Forecasting. Once you've set up the group you want to receive the financial package, it takes just one click to send it out each month. You can even add comments to highlight topics that you want to discuss at the meeting.
As is true throughout our system, users can only see what they should see. Our role-based security lets managers drill down into financial reports and related transactions – but only for their areas of responsibility. They can answer their own "quick question" rather than ask someone in the accounting department to look it up for them.
