Drill Downs Let You Quickly Find the Answers You Need
Drilling down into a financial report lets you research invoices, payments, or vendors without leaving our Financials application.
For example, if you're curious about a summary number on a financial report you can drill down to:
- A supporting list of General Ledger accounts to the
- Actual transactions that created the distribution to the
- Invoice image
Of course, access to any of this information within the system is based on the user's security profile. This ensures that managers see only what they should see. And, security permitting, they can find anything they need with just a few clicks.
