Surprise!

SBS customers like talking to someone on the phone who can quickly assess their needs and direct them to the right person. For the past two years, Katherine has been that friendly front-line voice. As our office manager, she kept things humming in even the most hectic times – and always with a smile!

We've enjoyed stories of she and husband Ryan's travels, and of their adventures with 3-year-old son, Ian. The arrival of twins will begin a new chapter in their lives.

We celebrated Katherine's contributions to our team with a potluck. Though we will miss her guiding our customers - and keeping our teams on track - Katherine has confidence in us, she said. After all, she was "totally surprised" that several co-workers planned and executed her farewell event without her hearing a peep about it!
