We pay close attention to customer feedback – and our customers do too!
The latest example is LNP Media Group (LNP). It recently launched “We the People,” a reader-driven project that gives the public more input into the stories covered by LancasterOnline.
“LancasterOnline will delve into any topic or problem that matters to you. Anyone can submit questions they want answered about Lancaster County. The newsroom will select questions and put them up for a public vote. Reporters will investigate the most popular ones,” according to We the People.
“I think the feedback has been good. Obviously there are some trolls within the comments section, but that’s something we’re used to. The numbers speak for themselves,” said Digital Editor Dustin Leed in an interview with Editor & Publisher. “We’ve received so many great questions that we will be using some of them in our daily reporting.”
Based in Lancaster, PA, LNP Media Group is one of Steinman Communications’ properties which include digital, print, and broadcast outlets in three states. Steinman uses SBS Financials and SBS Procurement for financial management of its multi-entity organization.
