Two members of the SBS Support Team were recently promoted to new roles within the company:
Kim Pearson has been named the HR Product Manager.
In her new role, she will manage the Payroll HR product development process, lead new implementations, and provide Payroll, HR, and Benefits support.
A 7-year veteran of SBS, Kim will use her knowledge of the system to assist customers with configuration and setup, to troubleshoot issues, and to deliver customer training.
Kathy John was promoted to Senior Support Analyst for SBS Financials applications.
She joined SBS in 2018 and has become the go-to resource for customers' General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable questions.
Her blend of practical accounting knowledge, SBS software experience, and customer service skills result in friendly interactions with both customers and colleagues.
