Software Business Systems (SBS) has hired two new staff members to support its customers’ software systems.
Russell Browne serves as Systems Administrator for both on-premise and cloud financials and payroll HR systems at SBS. His experience supporting large user bases helps him identify issues and quickly offer solutions. Russell also provides internal support for the SBS Development, Support, Sales and Marketing, and Leadership teams.
Alix Ekness has joined SBS as a Senior Support Analyst providing Payroll, HR, and Benefits support to customers in 46 states. Her background in payroll administration, check production, and tax reporting allows her to efficiently troubleshoot a broad range of issues.
SBS was founded in 1980 and is an independent developer of Financials, Payroll HR, and Procurement software and provides direct software support from its headquarters in Edina, MN.
