SBS Support Superhero(ines) Janeth Alvarado and Kathy John swapped stories about the overnight cold before diving into Customer Support calls. Temperatures fell so far beyond below zero on Jan. 30, 2019 that the University of Minnesota, all the major ski slopes, and the Minneapolis Post Office closed. But our dedicated Support team was not deterred in their mission to serve our customers. We say "Thank You" and stay warm!
